Who Needs A Doctor?

Those days are long gone when you had to travel all the way to the doctor’s in order get your sugar level tested and get an insulin injection. Nor do you have to go to an acupuncturist to get acupuncture treatment. Nor do you have to worry about your thermometer’s display becoming unreadable when you have a digital thermometer at offer. Why you may ask? Because advanced technology has provided with easier alternatives to that. Who needs doctors anymore?

Actually that just might be over stepping the line of rationality because although there are many devices that let you perform simple procedures on yourself there are other devices that require a trained professional to operate them. Devices like ECG machines and MRI scans serve great benefits for heart patients and others who may need some part of their body to be scanned. To avail these services however one will have to go to a hospital where they have the equipment and the trained personnel to work the machines. Because eventually it is the doctor that will be analyzing the results of the diagnosis in order to determine the future course of action.

Moreover we now have powerful medicines that have been developed to provide instant pain relief that is developed due to various reasons. Sciatic pains and arthritis can be very taxing on the body and mind. To suppress the suffering of the patient’s medical science has developed various ways in which to benefit the patients thus making things a lot easier for the general public.
