Foods to Avoid for Healthy HairWhen we sit at table and eat what we want and enjoy it, we rarely think that food can be harmful for our hair therefore most of us never thinks of it. Well, we are here to warn you that there are some types of foods which can have negative effects upon your hair. We use a lot of expensive creams, masques and shampoos, but something is not good because the hair doesn’t look so good. We spend a lot of money to go to the most expensive salon, we bye the new products which we see on the TV, but our hair is rebel? Have you ever been asking yourself what you do wrong? We will tell you something very strange, but true. Everything comes from our body, from our alimentation. If you are one of the persons which eat only healthy food and drink a lot of water daily, you own a healthy body and a healthy hair. But, normally, these kinds of persons are very rare, because in our days, the fast-food is the principal food of us. We eat a lot of junk food and we do sport only when we remember. So, let’s change this and let’s see what we must avoid when we eat. Our first enemy is the alcohol, because it destroys all the vitamins which are necessary for our hair to grow healthy and faster. The alcohol dehydrates the skin and so our hair is not very attractive or shiny. So, we must drink a lot of water and a lot of natural juice, 8 glasses daily. We must avoid the juice like Coca-Cola, Fanta, 7 up and the other drinks prepared with gas. The second enemy is the fat, because the substances which we find here stop the burnings, so the activity of cellules is stopped. Another enemy is the cigarettes, because the tobacco can provoke a cancer in all our body. And the persons who suffer of cancer make a treatment, a very difficult one, which includes the chemo therapy. The chemo therapy makes your body very sensitive and for this, you loose all your hair. So, do not smoke!! The cookies are so good for a moment, but they are a dangerous enemy, because they have a lot of sugar and a lot of fat. The sweets and the candies, yummy…….but they are so bad for our hair. So, avoid them as frequently as you can. Other aliments which must be avoid: the bakes, the chocolate. It is not difficult at all if you have these forbidden foods from time to time. We all know that only if we exaggerate with something the consequences can be harmful. So if you are at a party and you are offered a cake, you don’t have to say “Sorry, no! It is harmful for my hair!” because you would appear ridiculous. Just don’t exaggerate and you will see the results in no time! |
